Chris vs. Chris: status update

the battle wages on…

Chris vs. Chris: Day 2

Score a +1 for the Warriors side of the wall!

In this amazing piece of memorabilia, Tim Hardaway shows us his devastating behind-the-back move.  If you look very closely, you’ll notice that on the included collector card, Tim is performing his famous UTEP Two-step” on Terry Teeagle of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Battle Royale: Chris vs. Chris

A battle has begun down at the Rooftop Comedy headquarters that looks as if it will get ugly really quickly.

Chris Garcia, an avid Lakers fan, brought a new-in-the-box Starting Lineup action figure of former Lakers center Vlade Divac to hang on the wall near his desk.

Chris Casey, not wanting the office to fall under control of the evil Laker regime, countered his move by purchasing a nearly identical Chris Mullen action figure on ebay.

The wall has been divided in half and no one knows where this one will end up…

Frankenhood is out today!

RooftopComedy was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of Frankenhood; a brand new flick starring Charlie Murphy, DeRay Davis and Jasper Redd (also featuring a personal fav, JB Smoove).  Check out our exclusive clip as well as an up close and personal interview with stars Jasper Redd, DeRay Davis, and director Blaxwell Smart later today!

Here is the official movie description:

Motown (DeRay Davis, Semi Pro) and Darius (Jasper Redd, Totally Baked: A Pot-U-Mentary) work in a morgue, trading put-downs and toiling among the most undemanding of customers.  Outside of their decidedly dreary jobs, the two dream of bigger and better things.  If only they could win the $25,000 prize that will go to the winners of the upcoming 3-on-3 Streetball Tournament.  One night, having been demoted to the graveyard shift, they catch their semi-sane colleague Franklin (Charlie Murphy, TV’s “Chappelle’s Show”) in a dark alley using the auto battery of Motown’s precious Gremlin to bring to life a monstrous dead man (Bob Sapp, The Longest Yard) whose heart Franklin has just replaced.  Now if they can just get their new mutant friend to play basketball, the basketball tournament is theirs!

Siskel & Negro – Episode 23 woooohooooooo!

In this episode, Siskel and Negro review Yahoo’s! most anticipated movies of 2009. Feature topic: What is Kate reading? Also in this episode: Kevin gets a haircut, Kate has a stroke, and Kevin pronounces words that we all know.
