I’m a huge fan of the “two great tastes that taste great together” maxim in more than just chocolate + peanut butter contexts. Take this year’s BlizzCon for example. At the risk of debasing myself even more and falling even further into a nerd debt with all you loyal readers, all you need to know about BlizzCon is that it’s a convention showcasing out the original IP’s of Blizzard Entertainment, Starcraft, Diablo, Warcraft. You may have heard of a small game, World of Warcraft maybe? Also, Starcraft is basically the national sport of Korea. No lie.

Anyhow, this year’s BlizzCon had comedy! At the closing ceremonies on Sunday, they had Patton Oswalt and Kyle Kinane do comedy! So says Joystiq! And they also have their performances on their site! And despite what some commentators on Joystiq said about the performance, I laughed! A lot! And sure, gamer stereotype jokes, but whatever, I believe know Patton is big enough of geek so that he gets a pass. Plus Patton made fun of THIS GUY:
