Turns out that after watching video footage of the incident, prosecutors decided that it was more of an assault. Than sexual assault. In any case Dick will still be charged with misdemeanor drug possession and battery. In any case, nothing to see here, go on with your lives, people. I only hope that Jon Lovitz gets another shot at Dick’s dome. Lovitz only needs two hits anyway, he hits you, and you hit the ground.
